His career spans prestigious magic circle law firms and investment banks in London and Europe, as well as a diverse range of companies in Australia.

Notably, Fito served as Head of Legal Americas at a prominent European investment bank for more than nine years. He also founded RegBot, a pioneering RegTech company that developed innovative technology to automate complex regulatory requirements in banking and finance.
